Originally from Southern California Chyerrelle and her husband Andy found Lake Havasu City to be their ultimate destination and purchased a home in 2004. Chyerrelle has been an avid fitness person for over 20 years and became passionate about Butterfly Life the ultimate place for health, fitness, and weight loss with the concept of women helping women.

We are currently taking reservations for our March 9, 2009 Weight Loss Express Class. Evening class is 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Nutrition is 80% of your fitness program, this 8 week nutrition education program is designed to help you lose 20 pounds in 2 months and is available for both members and nonmembers.
