The 30-minute Circuit

The circuit workout is a great way to burn calories, build strength and lose weight. Butterfly Life has redesigned traditional weight stacked exercise equipment specifically for women. Our equipment is state-of-the art and allows our members to take their 30-minute circuit to the next level. The fifteen-station strength training circuit consists of ten pieces of weight plated equipment and five cardio stations. Each machine is adjustable for size and ability ensuring safe and effective results. Unlike many of our competitor's equipment, Butterfly Life's equipment has been designed to progress as each member progresses in her workout so no matter what level you are at, you can get a great workout. As you get stronger, we can increase the resistance to avoid plateaus.

Life Vision Group Exercise Classes

Group exercise classes are a fun and motivating way to keep your workouts fresh. All of our classes are approx. 30 minutes and lectures are just 15 minutes. The schedule includes cardio classes- to turn up your calorie burning, sculpting classes- to turn up your metabolism, and mind/body classes- to work on your flexibility and relaxation. The 15 minute lectures that are available focus on nutrition, motivation, fashion and beauty.
All the equipment you’ll need is available at the club and the classes are taught by quality instructors and delivered through our unique Life Vision format. Classes are available throughout the day so no matter what time of day you work out you’ll have options. We put out a monthly schedule so you can schedule your time around it but is also flexible to meet your needs.
We want every Butterfly Life member to enjoy keeping fit. That’s why we strive to. provide a fun, safe, welcoming, and non-competitive fitness environment. The floor coaches present and encourage modifications to make our classes approachable for all fitness levels. The Butterfly Life staff will help you choose which classes are right for you.

Cardio

Classes that are great for keeping the heart and lungs healthy while burning a lot of calories in a short period of time. These classes promote speedy weight loss and increase endurance. Traditional low impact aerobics, various dance classes like funk and Latin dance, step and kickboxing classes are all examples of cardio classes.

Sculpting

Tone and firm your body with a variety of sculpting classes designed for strengthening. These classes often use stability balls, bands and your own body weight to create a challenging but attainable workout. All equipment is available at the club for your use during class.

Mind/Body

Relax and de-stress in our mind/body classes. Yoga and Pilates promote balance, flexibility and peace of mind. Stretching mats are available at the club for your use. Members are welcome to bring their own yoga mats if preferred.

Hate counting calories and tracking points? No need. The Butterfly Life Diet plan has it all figured out. It is well balanced and easy to follow with lots of variety so you will never get bored. The menus are designed to be tasty and healthy and the recipes are included. There is no food or supplements to buy. And it prides itself on being a new Lifestyle-not a diet.

Weight Loss Express

This popular program combines the Butterfly Life Diet and a personalized exercise plan for maximum results. The eight-week program includes weekly meetings, nutritional education, support and guidance.
