Our facility includes 30 minute circuit training, group exercise classes, nutritional education and educational lectures to keep you motivated. Wow! What a wonderful opportunity to offer Butterfly Life Women’s Fitness Center to the women in the Wilmington area. We know this is a beneficial and fun fitness center for women of all ages, physical conditions, and health. Over the past several years we have been involved with several clubs. We have not found anything we enjoy better or feel has been as complete a fitness program as Butterfly Life. We are dedicated to not only helping our members achieve their fitness and weight loss goals, but also in helping Wilmington to be a great place to live. We look forward to sharing this exciting concept with you. The best time to join is now during the Charter Member Phase which will give you extra benefits and privileges.

Our Integrated Approach
No other women's fitness center goes to the lengths Butterfly Life does to combine fitness and nutrition with the motivation our members need to remain fully dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. Our program provides the support and encouragement our members need to maintain optimal results for a lifetime.
 
The 30-minute Circuit and Equipment
The circuit workout is a great way to burn calories, build strength and lose weight. Butterfly Life has redesigned traditional weight stacked exercise equipment specifically for women. Our equipment is state-of-the art and allows our members to take their 30-minute circuit to the next level. The fifteen-station strength training circuit consists of ten pieces of resistance equipment and five cardio stations. Each is adjustable for size and ability ensuring safe and effective results. Unlike many of our competitor's equipment, Butterfly Life's equipment has been designed to progress as each member progresses in her workout so no matter what level you are at, you can get a great workout. As you get stronger, you can increase the resistance to avoid plateaus. In addition, the 5-rebounder stations also offer intense cardio sessions during the circuit which maintains cardio vascular fitness and encourages weight loss.
 
Life Vision Group Exercise Classes
All of our classes are 30 minutes and lectures are just 15 minutes. The schedule includes cardio classes, sculpting classes, mind/body classes and lectures focusing on nutrition, motivation, fashion and beauty. All the equipment you'll need is available at the club and the classes are taught by qualified instructors and delivered through our unique Life Vision format. Classes are available throughout the day so no matter what time of day you work out you'll have options. Schedules change monthly to add variety. Classes present and encourage modifications to make our classes approachable for all fitness levels. The Butterfly Life staff will help you choose which classes are right for you.

Our Group Exercise Classes*
Group exercise through Life Vision (TM) is one of the most popular activities at Butterfly Life. Our Group Exercise Classes are a fun and motivating way to keep your workout fresh. Our Group exercise programs are led by professionally trained and certified instructors. We offer a wide variety of classes designed to provide you cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and flexibility. Our 30-minute classes are designed for participants at all fitness levels.
 
• Cardio - (short for cardiovascular) classes are great for keeping the heart and lungs healthy while burning a lot of calories in a short period of time. These classes promote speedy weight loss and increase endurance. Traditional low impact aerobics, various dance classes like funk and Latin dance, step and kickboxing classes are all examples of cardio classes.
 
• Sculpting - Tone and firm your body with a variety of sculpting classes designed for strengthening. These classes often use stability balls, bands and your own body weight to create a challenging but attainable workout. All equipment is available at the club for your use during class.
 
• Mind/Body - Relax and de-stress in our mind/body classes. Yoga and Pilates promote balance, flexibility and peace of mind. Stretching mats are available at the club for your use. Members are welcome to bring their own yoga mats if preferred.
 
The Butterfly Life Diet
Lose weight safely and effectively. Hate counting calories and tracking points? No need. There is no point counting, no calorie counting and we use real food from your local grocery store. Menus and delicious recipes are all planned for you. It is well balanced and easy to follow with lots of variety so you will never get bored. The menus are designed to be tasty and healthy and the recipes are included. There is no food or supplements to buy.
