Us
With passion and commitment we are excited to share with
you Butterfly Life's 360-degree approach to women's health.
We understand the support and network necessary to make
healthy living decisions daily and are honored to have the
opportunity to personalize workout schedules with only your
health and fitness goals in mind. It's a great chance for
women to leave their stress and schedules behind while they
take some time for themselves and enjoy the benefits of
pursuing health goals. Whatever your fitness level, weight
and age, you'll feel right at home in our non-competitive

Butterfly Life's 360-Degree
Approach
30-Minute Circuit:
Our strength equipment has been designed to adjust and fit
a woman's body. You won't hear clanking or deal with over-sized
weight systems in our club. It's simple and quick as you
can complete your cardio while burning calories and working
every major muscle group in your body. With our adjustable
weights you'll never experience another plateau again!
Life Vision Group Exercise Classes:
This is our revolutionary concept that allows all members
to enjoy the benefits of having over fifty classes to choose
from, each with an expert instructor focusing on cardio,
mind/body, and sculpting. You'll be able to enjoy and challenge
yourself with yoga, pilates, dance, step-aerobics, stretching,

Life Vision Lecture Series:
Our advisory experts have provided 15-minute lectures on
motivation, nutrition, fashion and beauty as a compliment
to Butterfly Life's fresh and effective 360-degree approach
to women's health.
Butterfly Life Diet:
No need to ever count points and calories again!
With this simple nutrition component of the Butterfly Life
Program you'll enjoy good recipes, meal plans, and food
journaling.

Weight Loss Express Program:
This popular program combines the Butterfly Life Diet and

RELAY FOR LIFE
Butterfly Life Team: Join us to participate in the
fight against cancer. See us to register as a part
of the Butterfly Life Team!! Relay takes place July
11-12. $10 fee. See us for details.
Light the way to a cure! Give a gift to the American
Cancer Society and keep the fire of hope burning with
a luminaria in memory of someone lost to cancer, in
honor of someone still fighting, or in special recognition
of someone who has beaten this disease. When the sun
goes down, hundreds of luminaria light the way to
symbolize the hope and perseverance of the battle
against cancer. Donate & decorate your Relay for
Life Luminaria Bag for $5. Take home or in-club decorating
available (June).
SHAPE UP FOR SUMMER CHALLENGE:
4 Weeks Accomplished!! Members are
half way through an 8-week challenge to shape-up just
in time for summer! Stay posted for Challenge Conquerors,
Weekly Winners, T-shirt Winners, and Grand Prize Winners
as they challenge their exercise routines (strength-training,
group classes & nutrition).

circuit workout? Stop by and try our New & Improved
Circuit Boot Camp. Every Wednesday at 5:30pm we will
be running a quick-paced cardio & strength-training
workout. Be prepared for a challenging workout and
