Dana Latham
is the owner and sole operator of Butterfly Life. Her longtime
vision has been to bring Durant a top of the line fitness
facility, a place where woman could feel supported, informed
and inspired to become better in all areas of their life.
Teri Burns
is the manager and Sr. Lifestyle coach at Butterfly Life.
With over eight years of experience in the fitness industry
she brings her passion for weight loss and proper nutrition
to Butterfly Life.
Together we are excited to present Butterfly Life to the
community of Durant. Butterfly Life is an organization whose
primary purpose is to encourage your growth of physical
and emotional health. This is done through both physical
exercise, through implementing the proper diet, learning
new behavioral concepts, and creating relationships that
both encourage as well as keep you accountable. We are here
to give you the keys to your fitness success. Butterfly
Life is here for you--- let us help you succeed.
Butterfly Life is a boutique-style fitness facility that
specifically addresses the needs of women today. We create
healthy living solutions that ultimately empower women to
make individual changes in their own lives. The concept
is designed for women who are interested in attaining achievable
results in a nurturing, non-threatening environment. While
other fitness facilities focus on working out, we work on
transforming. Butterfly Life’s unusual name is meant
to emphasize transformation.
We can set up a time to fully explain all the benefits that
Butterfly Life has to offer. We are conveniently located
at 698 Westside Drive Suite C. (Intersection of University
and Westside Dr.) across the street from the new branch
of Landmark bank.

Butterfly Life of Durant, Inc. provides its members a "personal
touch" that is not found in larger corporate run fitness
facilities while providing a full range of activities. Join

circuit, Life Vision group exercise classes and The Butterfly
Life Diet program. We understand the extra support that
most of us need to make health and fitness part of our daily

getting off track because we’ll be there with you

1) Build Muscle - Our 30-Minute
Circuit and Equipment
Our equipment is state-of-the art and allows our members
to take their 30-minute circuit to the next level. The circuit
workout is a great way to burn calories, build strength
and lose weight. The fifteen-station strength training circuit
consists of ten pieces of resistance equipment and five
cardio stations. Each is adjustable for size and ability
ensuring safe and effective results. Unlike many of our
competitor's equipment, Butterfly Life's equipment has been
designed to progress as each member progresses in her workout
so no matter what level you are at, you can get a great
workout. As you get stronger, you can increase the resistance
to avoid plateaus. In addition, the 5 rebounder stations
offer intense cardio sessions during the circuit which maintains
cardio vascular fitness and encourages weight loss.
2) Burn Fat - Our Group Exercise
Classes
Our Group Exercise programs are led by professionally trained
and certified instructors through our Life Vision®.
Group exercise is one of our most popular activities at
Butterfly Life and features the latest formats and choreography.
We offer a wide variety of classes designed to provide you
cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, sculpting,
and flexibility. Our 30 minute classes are designed for

3) Proper Nutrition –
Weight Loss Express Program, The Butterfly Life Diet
The Butterfly Life Diet is a vital component of the Butterfly
Life Program. Statistics show that 70% of the weight loss
success is due to proper nutrition. The Butterfly Life Diet
is a well rounded, easy plan to follow that requires no
calorie counting and provides a meal plan, recipes and food
journal. Clients who are on this program will meet weekly
and gain support and synergy from other women. They will
have extreme personal attention to their weekly weight loss
and measurement of success. They will also be able to view
the nutrition lectures on Life Vision® which provide
education and support to help make eating healthy a permanent
lifestyle change.
