Biography/About Us
My name is Marianne Ferris and together with my husband, Bob, I am pursuing my dream - a job in fitness. I've always been interested in fitness and have belonged to a gym for most of my adult life. It was after paying for a personal trainer and dealing with the frustrations of fighting heavy weights and machines made for men that I decided it would be great to belong to a "women only" gym. My husband agreed and with his back ground in women's health as an ob/gyn doctor he began to research. He found Butterfly Life and from there we began our journey. I retired from the job I loved as an educator of high school students and dove head first into educating women on health and fitness.

Butterfly Life is created especially for busy women who are determined to carve out time in their day to exercise. It has all the ingredients that women desire when they work out: the support of other women, weight management, and lifestyle strategies.

The supportive, experienced staff at my club is dedicated to providing women the very best in healthy living solutions. No matter your age, weight or fitness level, you will never feel intimidated or uncomfortable at Butterfly Life. Whether you've tried it all or never set foot in a health club, my trained staff will take the time to design a program to fit your ability level and goals using our 30-minute circuit, Life Vision group exercise classes and the Butterfly Life Diet program.
