Lincoln’s Butterfly Life is Opened! Ready to get fit? We are here to help. Butterfly Life is a women’s fitness center designed to transform your total body, mind and sprit! Whether you've tried it all or never set foot in a health club, we will take the time to design a program to fit your workout level. We understand the extra support that most of us need to make health and fitness part of our daily lives. At Butterfly Life you don’t need to worry about getting off track because we’ll be there with you every step of the way. Just give us a call or stop by to set up your FREE trial work-out to experience everything we have to offer. Exercise can be FUN!

The Lincoln Butterfly Life Club is owned/operated by Randa Anderson and Carrie Anderson. Randa has been a local business woman in the area for the past 21 years and knows the importance of providing quality customer service. Carrie has always been interested in the fitness industry. When she saw the TV commercial for Butterfly Life she was impressed with the 360-degree approach they take in looking at women’s fitness. Both of us are exited to bring the Butterfly Life concept to Lincoln. We personally have seen that women are transforming their lives through the unique concepts and programs that Butterfly Life has to offer.

The 30-minute Circuit
Our equipment is state-of-the art and allows our members to take their 30-minute circuit to the next level. The circuit workout is a great way to burn calories, build strength and lose weight. The fifteen-station strength training circuit consists of ten pieces of resistance equipment and five cardio stations. Each is adjustable for size and ability ensuring safe and effective results. Unlike many of our competitor's equipment, Butterfly Life's equipment has been designed to progress as each member progresses in her workout so no matter what level you are at, you can get a great workout. As you get stronger, you can increase the resistance to avoid plateaus. In addition, the 5 rebounder stations offer intense cardio sessions during the circuit which maintains cardio vascular fitness and encourages weight loss.

Life Vision Group Exercise Classes
Group exercise classes are a fun and motivating way to keep your workouts fresh. Our 30 minute classes are designed for participants at all fitness levels. We offer a wide variety of classes designed to provide you cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and flexibility and all the equipment you’ll need is available at the club. The classes are taught by quality instructors and delivered through our unique Life Vision format. Classes are available throughout the day so no matter what time of day you work out you’ll have options. Schedules change monthly to add variety. The Butterfly Life staff will help you choose which classes are right for you.

· Cardio - (short for cardiovascular) classes are great for keeping the heart and lungs healthy while burning a lot of calories in a short period of time. These classes promote speedy weight loss and increase endurance. Traditional low impact aerobics, various dance classes like funk and Latin dance, step and kickboxing classes are all examples of cardio classes.

· Sculpting - Tone and firm your body with a variety of sculpting classes designed for strengthening. These classes often use stability balls, bands and your own body weight to create a challenging but attainable workout.

· Mind/Body - Relax and de-stress in our mind/body classes. Yoga and Pilates promote balance, flexibility and peace of mind. Stretching mats are available at the club for your use. Members are welcome to bring their own yoga mats if preferred.

The Butterfly Life Diet
Lose weight safely and effectively. There is no point or calorie counting and we use food from your local grocery store. The menus are designed to be tasty and healthy. It is well balanced and easy to follow with lots of variety so you will never get bored.

Weight Loss Express
Achieve positive results in just 30 days by combining the circuit, the group exercise classes, the Butterfly Life Diet and nutrition lectures.

Lecture Series Program
The Life Vision Lecture Series allows our members to gain access to the brightest minds in nutrition, fitness, psychology, motivation, fashion and health. Together, our Butterfly Life advisory experts have developed a comprehensive program which targets the mind, body and spirit. The Lectures are done in convenient 15-minute segments making it easy to squeeze one in before or after a workout.
