The mind/body connection can be made in Life Vision workouts by combining traditional stretch techniques, Yoga postures, Mat Pilates sequences and contemporary stability ball exercises.

Yoga postures are an excellent way to condition the body and mind universally.  Each pose will stretch and tone your muscles by aligning your posture and enhancing your physical awareness.

Yoga poses can be divided in four groups: Standing poses, seated poses, back and middle body poses while laying on the floor, and flowing postures that are formatted without stops.  Some poses may utilize twists or backbends.

The exercise of Joseph Pilates are renowned across the globe.  His mat conditioning exercises target middle-body specifically lengthening and strengthening the posture and alignment of participants.

Life Vision Pilates classes may utilize exercise balls to enhance the traditional routines.  All exercises are performed on the ball or on the floor.
