Us
Nicci Chevalier
I strongly feel no matter your age, weight or fitness level
you should never have to feel intimidated or uncomfortable
while working out. It is my goal to make this a reality
for every woman that walks into our fitness center. Whether
you've tried it all or never set foot in a health club,
our staff will take the time to design a program to fit
your ability level and goals using our 30-minute circuit,
Life Vision group exercise classes and The Butterfly Life
Diet program. I understand the extra support that most of
us need to make health and fitness part of our daily lives.
At Butterfly Life you don’t need to worry about getting
off track because we’ll be there with you every step
of the way. For more information on the programs we have
developed to help you on your journey call me. We can set
up a time when I can fully explain all the benefits that
Butterfly Life has to offer.
The 30-minute Circuit
The circuit workout is a great way to burn calories, build
strength and lose weight. Butterfly Life has redesigned
traditional weight stacked exercise equipment specifically
for women. Our equipment is state-of-the art and allows
our members to take their 30-minute circuit to the next
level. The fifteen-station strength training circuit consists
of ten pieces of resistance equipment and five cardio stations.
Each is adjustable for size and ability ensuring safe and
effective results. Unlike many of our competitor's equipment,
Butterfly Life's equipment has been designed to progress
as each member progresses in her workout so no matter what
level you are at, you can get a great workout. As you get
stronger, you can increase the resistance to avoid plateaus.

Group exercise classes are a fun and motivating way to keep
your workouts fresh. All of our classes are 30 minutes and
lectures are just 15 minutes. The schedule includes cardio
classes, sculpting classes, mind/body classes and lectures
focusing on nutrition, motivation, fashion and beauty. All
the equipment you’ll need is available at the club
and the classes are taught by quality instructors and delivered
through our unique Life Vision format. Classes are available
throughout the day so no matter what time of day you work
out you’ll have options. Schedules change monthly
to add variety. We want every Butterfly Life member to enjoy
keeping fit as much as we do. Toward this end, we provide
a fun, safe, welcoming, and non-competitive fitness environment.
Classes present and encourage modifications to make our
classes approachable for all fitness levels. The Butterfly
Life staff will help you choose which classes are right
for you.
· Cardio- (short for cardiovascular)
classes are great for keeping the heart and lungs healthy
while burning a lot of calories in a short period of time.
These classes promote speedy weight loss and increase endurance.
Traditional low impact aerobics, various dance classes like
funk and Latin dance, step and kickboxing classes are all
examples of cardio classes.
· Sculpting - Tone and firm your
body with a variety of sculpting classes designed for strengthening.
These classes often use stability balls, bands and your
own body weight to create a challenging but attainable workout.
All equipment is available at the club for your use during
class.
· Mind/Body - Relax and de-stress
in our mind/body classes. Yoga and Pilates promote balance,
flexibility and peace of mind. Stretching mats are available
at the club for your use. Members are welcome to bring their
own yoga mats if preferred.
· The 360 Degree Approach- We provide
everything you need to look and feel great. Our 15 minute
lectures focus on nutrition, weight loss, motivation, fashion
and beauty topics. In addition, we host live seminars –
many are free – on topics like self esteem, financial
fitness, self defense, women’s health issues and more.
The Butterfly Life Diet
Hate counting calories and tracking points? No need. The
Butterfly Life Diet plan has it all figured out. It is well
balanced and easy to follow with lots of variety so you
will never get bored. The menus are designed to be tasty
and healthy and the recipes are included. There is no food
or supplements to buy.
Weight Loss Express
This popular program combines the Butterfly Life Diet and
a personalized exercise plan for maximum results. The eight
week program includes weekly meetings, nutritional education,
support and guidance. Some of our members have lost over
20 pounds in two months! You can too. (Results vary.)
